I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IDEMIA (Pune)
Interview
Round 1: The real process starts with a technical round of telephonic interview, which is aimed or targeted towards finding the match between required skill set and candidate's skill set and verification of the same by asking a few questions on projects/products the candidate has worked upon.
Round 2: Once a candidate is through 1st round of technical interview, a face to face round is conducted in their office @ Amanora Chambers in Pune(India). The candidate is given a small(not so difficult) problem to solve using Java (a MacBook with eclipse and a sample project is given along with the task description). Once the task is completed, an interviewer evaluates it by asking a few questions followed by open ended discussions on past experiences of the candidates and expectations etc.
Round 3: If the candidate crosses round 2, it's followed by a telephonic HR round for final offer.
