Interview

Nothing about company, very few questions about prior work experience. Majority of interview consisted of S.T.A.R. System: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Given the job was all about communication it was important to be an effective communicator with the interviewer.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IDG Connect in Apr 2012

Interview

First there was a copy test by email to be taken to the initial interview with the team manager. The copy test then had to be reviewed and returned. After which there was a second interview with the Managing Director.

aplied through internet, got a call few days later, did a very short interview by phone and another with the HR manager few days later and finally started the job the week after.

They asked me about my customer relationship experience. Asked i would be dealing with real cases. Nothing really difficult.
