IDG interview questions

The interview process was very confusing and the email correspondence with the position also was off-putting. It did not have the information that corresponded to what my contacts there had said and I was very confused by the inconsistency.

Pretty straightforward interview process. Lots of promises made during interview that are not being kept. No alignment on job requirements for position between interviewers. Quite a few rounds of interview, not a lot of updates through the process. Not clear and transparent bonus structure
