IDLO Monitoring & Evaluation Associate interview questions

I submitted my application. I remember that there was no exam. I proceeded to the interview. It was a panel interview with 3 members. Most questions are competency based as there was no exam. They asks questions whether you have experience in what you have to do as stated in the vacancy announcement. they are very friendly.
