Interview
The interview I was initially scheduled for never happened: I waited in their "lobby" for an hour before Martha came out and asked to reschedule for the next day: red flag number one! My interview the next day consisted of fairly generic questions, during which they stressed at several points how intense the job is and how much they "value" work-life balance. We had established several times that ample training would be provided: that this position was something they were invested in long-term. They basically promised the exact opposite of what they had planned for me.

Interview
The company called me to schedule an interview after receiving my resume. I set up the time with the scheduler and went to the on site interview accordingly. The interviewer didn't ask me to many questions. He just told me he thought I was qualified for the position. He basically just introduced the company to me. He asked me when could I start. Then he asked me if I would accept the offer.
