Placement with the efficiency division, general questions on energy perspectives and experience, nothing too out of the ordinary. Took quite a long time too hear back but other than that good experience

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IEA (Kenosha, WI) in Aug 2018

Interview

I was referred by temp agency for onsite interview. Met with HR and hiring manager. They gave me a tour of the plant and also a summary of benefits. Seemed like a nice place that had decent cash flow. The interview process moved quickly. I started working there within 1 week.
