Standard operating procedure, meet with the potential boss, their boss and an associate or two. Discussed the position responsibilities, not much else. All of the people that I interviewed with have left the company. I think my "soon to be boss" had already checked out mentally for his new position outside the company, but he never told me he was leaving.
