IEM Power Engineer interview questions

Phone interview to start, then will have to do a face to face interview, which is the difficult part with one particular person. He was very abrasive and offensive, he made me review my entire 25 year + career in a 30 minute interview and asked detailed questions about every part of it, including minute questions that I couldn't remember, not really about my current skill sets. He was looking for things to fail me on, in my opinion.
