very personal and experience related, digged deeper into small memories and tried to learn about your personality and your resiliance to the stress. the interviewer is very friendly and easy to talk. great experience

GMAT, three letters (one of which should be referral letter), two conversations with staff. the interviews are generally OK but you definitely need to show affection with the Business school and why you pick this school over others
