I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IFF (Hazlet, NJ) in June 2018
Interview
First had phone interview screen then met in person with panel interviews. Talked about resume and work experiences. Talked about my background and the role itself. Definitely a lot to learn from this position and the opportunity to grow within this company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IFF (New Brunswick, NJ) in Dec 2022
Interview
First round Screening interview, lasted ~30 minutes. Fairly standard. Second round interview with 3 members of the team I would be working with. Lasted 1.5 hrs. While they did ask about my background, the focus was on work style + cultural fit. Questions were exploring situational responses, with several follow ups after my initial responses. Overall the interview was very comfortable, and felt more like a conversation. Generic interview questions were not a part of the second round, so be prepared with examples from your work history.

Question 1
If someone on your team was not performing, how would you handle it? You can't take the work on yourself, and there is no one else to fill in. Now what? Say, when approached about it, they knew they weren't performing, and didn't care. What then?
