However, after submitting my time slots, I was told that they had found someone "more aligned" with the role, without even conducting the scheduled interview. As a candidate with 12x Salesforce certifications and substantial experience, it’s disheartening to be dismissed without being given the opportunity to interview. This raises concerns about whether the role was genuinely open or if it was intended for an internal candidate from the start. Candidates should be cautious, as this company’s recruitment process may waste your time without proper consideration.
