Psychometric tests were sent prior to a face to face interview. Hosted by a third party online. Face to face interview with development manager and a HR representative. Paper document with a set of standard coding questions were given and asked to complete alone for 15minutes. These were not looked at or discussed during the interview. Job offer given a couple of days later.
