It was easy going, although there were less technical questions asked, it was mostly focused on background questions? Which made me really puzzled because I don't know what traits of candidate are they looking for.

Interview
Unique, started with a group case study which was different to other companies. Passing this stage is followed by an interview with HR and finally an online assessment such as cognitive assessments and questions to address your suitability for the company.
The application process was long. We had to prepare a presentation and after that a common Q&A interview question with 3 CEOs. The questions were easy and the CEOs were friendly. The HR management isn't really efficient.
