They take you in a room full of different higher up managers. You go from table to table talking to each manager. After about five separate interviews.they asked everyone to leave the room when they talk amongst themselves and bring each candidate back in individually to either make you an offer or dismiss you.

Takes forever to get interviews with corporate office. Once you get interviwed they put you throw what they call 8 weeka of traning that teaches you nothing about you job. You are really only an extra employee used where needed to fill in fpr being short staffed.
