I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IIF Data Solutions (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Jobs are usually listed on website. Apply and you could be interviewed in your state. Interview is pretty easy they just want you to express your talents. Make sure you can pass a background check as you are applying for a government contract.

Question 1
I didn't have an interview as I came from a different contract and basically just switched over, but I have seen new people go through the process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IIF Data Solutions (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2012
Interview
Very clear and up-front as to what was expected from an employee. We were explained in detail what was expected of us as an employee. When first working there we were given 5 sick days and 10 vacation days. It was later changed to PTO which really worked better for IIF and the employees.People did not say they were taking off sick when they were not sick.

Submitted resume via email and interviewed with staff. Process was pretty seamless as it was a direct email to the Human Resources department with a referral back to a committee. Was invited in by the committee and was interviewed by a panel of various full-time staff.
