IIFM Senior Manager interview questions

Was called up by HR(One of the most Unprofessional HRs, I have seen in my entire career). Had the first interaction with their GM (Sales). It was more of an interaction rather than Interview. Met the CEO afterwards. Came to know about the work culture and Rudeness of CEO. Team they have is quite good and competent. But, CEO abuses the whole team in case of even small failures in Deadlines or targets. Won't suggest to some one with even a little bit of self respect. Only good thing was the Colleague relationship.
