2 rounds of interview, one w HR, the next w manager/team. each were about 30 mins, mostly behavioral. not a technical role that i applied for, these details only apply to nontechnical roles.

Applied and received an email for a phone screen. Chatted with the recruiter on the phone for about 15 minutes just to explore my resume. Was then moved forward to a final interview with the hiring manager

Phone screen then passed to the hiring manager for a 1:1. For sure the hardest interview I've had in a long long time. I cannot believe the difficulty for an unpaid internship this caught me by surprise.
