I got hired through a contracting company. I already had 5 years of experience. The interview was more social than technical. I talked with my contractor about my experience, and we went through my resume. I just talked with enthusiasm about what I've done and accomplished. Then we had an interview with the Director and Manager of the team I was going into. This was also more social than technical interview. You still need to know what you're talking about, but I didn't have to do any Leet Code challenge problem with them. We just talked about my experience and resume, and what they do and what I may be doing with them if I did get hired. Wasn't too bad. Just be sociable and some what enthusiastic with what you're doing.
