They are a bit strikts about the deadlines but in general if u submit everything on time, you have a chance to be hired. The selection process takes about two months
It was really hard, very technical questions. Firstly i presented my thesis for 10 minutes, then 5 min questions. Finally presented the paper that they have sent me for 10 minues and 5 minutes of questions.
