Interview
The process contains one interview and one writing test, both took about an hour. You will talk to maybe 2-3 people during the interview. The whole process took 2-3 weeks.

Question 1
I was asked about my ability and experience for Data management, using Excel, R/Stata/Python skills are preferred but not a must. Next topic is my knowledge on Macroeconomics, for instence interest rate and bonds connection. Lastly is behaviour test, and how to best communicate and delegate of time.

Interview
Pretty simple. Mostly technical questions. No behavioral questions at all. You might be contacted by multiple departments, each department having their own set of questions that is related to the department's needs. For example, tax department would ask questions about taxation etc. My boss looked at my resume and didn't feel the need to ask questions, actually.

Interview was an assessment and a virtual panel interview. Efficient and quick turnaround, HR team was helpful, but salary was not negotiated and a specific model used to calculate it. Assessment was on excel
