I was headhunted by the company to fill the role, invited in for a conversation and it was suggested I would receive a job offer. I was made to work for 2 hours to "test" my skills. Despite what had been said, I then didn't hear anything back from HR until a month later, when I was told I didn't get the job I "applied for".
