Hire interns only with employee referral. Took 2 weeks for the whole process (getting notice for the interview + decision made.) Connection-oriented hiring process. Although we nail the interview, sometimes you don't get an offer, if other person's connection is more compelling than yours. No transparency in the process. You can actually negotiate for the period of your internship
