Interview over the phone which was very comfy for the job seeker. 5 stars for that. The consultant made the appointment with HR and Process manager later. It takes hardly 5min each round. Priority was given on my communication skill which was not at all a hard task for me to make up to the level. My 2 years experience in international bpo paid off the price.
