The process was very intense and lengthy , and you need to spend a lot of your personal time preparing for each stage (e.g. make presentations, develop very detailed understanding about the industry and its challenges). Good thing is that they give you feedback after every stage

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at INEOS (Brussels)
Interview
CV screening, followed by writing short-opinion style answers to a fixed set of questions. After this is a phone interview which was a bad experience for me, irrelevant questions and nothing related to the previous task (which might be seen as getting free ideas).
I did not make it past this round. The interview is a poor one compared to some others I've had: very one way.
They are also bad with punctuality and following their own deadlines.
