8 Hr day that consist of multiple groups rotating through sections. 1 Section verbal interview. 2 section is a hands on demo in your field. 3 section is a plant tour. After that the company will decide on candidates.

Basic manufacturing questions? Tell me a time you seen an employee working unsafe? How did you intervene? Etc
Applied on the INEOS careers website and was offered an interview after a few weeks. Was asked the usual sort of questions combined with some more technical ones where I had to demonstrate my understanding of process flows
