Apply through the website, sent an email to the recruiter to clearly articulate my fit to the position and then received an email to arrange a phone call.
Later on I recieved an email from the recruiter sayong I was discarded but without any specific and concrete feedback.
Was quite dissapointing to notice recruitement process is still the same as it was in baking for a while, when they claim in the web they are going to be more than banking, agile organization, empowerment.

Question were the usual and boring ones like tell me about yourself, why the company,...
There were also 3 very specific questions (elaborated by the hiring manager) to better qualify the applicants. In my view they were wrong questions, but using an interview to qualify applicants, with recruiter's and applicants's time showed me that the hiring manager didn't have very much respect for my time )an online questionnaire durign application process could have been used)
