1) Interview w Assoc + Director on technicals + fit and intent
- Typical Qs on how why, evaluate between some ratios and background
2) Case Study on industry coverage and presentation to Assoc + Director/VP/ED (Not that easy) Key of the presentation is to advice why as a bank you should/should not lend and if so how to structure it well to minimise risks.
3) Await for offer/rejection

One video call just to e-meet, not technical questions just about me as a person then afterwards an in person interview similar to the video call no technical questions at all

Initial contact was with the recruiter, then on-site interview with the hiring manager, then I had another online bar raiser interview . All In all a good and smooth process
