      Engineering Interview

      12 Oct 2009
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ING in Sept 2008

      Interview

This interview was complicated. I interviewed with 4 individuals to get to the point where an offer was made. This process was tedious and repetitive given the amount of overlap in the conversations. After the offer, counter offer and final offer, I accepted and went through the traditional drug / background test. Make sure that you can prove everything listed on your resume... I had to track down a diploma from 20+ years ago to make my resume 'pass' the accuracy test.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were several questions surrounding technologies and the interviewer knew their stuff. I can't think of any specifics I wish to share, but If you know your stuff, you should be OK.
