Pour les externes, un entretien rapide, honnête et franc, à l'image de la culture d'entreprise influencée par le siège néerlandais. Un premier entretien avec un représentant métier et un représentant HR ou similaire, puis un 2ème plus technique/métier pour confirmer/infirmer si nécessaire.

Quelles sont vos motivations ? Comment vous projetez-vous sur le poste ?
Kandidaten worden eerst gevraagd een uitgebreide motivatiebrief in te dienen, waarin ze hun geschiktheid en interesse toelichten. Vervolgens volgt een diepgaand gesprek waarin zowel hun talenkennis als inhoudelijke expertise grondig worden getest.

2 interviews, 1h each. One with hiring manager, and 2 leads from other team. It was quick process, hr gives updates and very responsive . Done in 2w time. Got my offer right after.

2 interviews one with project leads and one with HR. It consisted of a technical and an introduction part. As the department was new it took longer to get a feedback. But at the end I got a contract.
