Interviewers made me feel at ease; nice balance of technical and behavioral questions. Nice for there to be moments of informality as well, making the process less stressful overall. Don't expect to hear back from them if you haven't been shortlisted.
Am Anfang gab es eine beidseitige Vorstellung, dann kurzer Umriss über Lebenslauf und Profil. Am Ende Austausch von Informationen über das Programm und die Stelle an sich. Durchlauf mehrerer Stationen innerhalb der Traineeship.

Ik werd afgewezen na het maken van een online assessment. Uit de resultaten bleek dat mijn persoonlijkheidsprofiel en waarden onvoldoende aansloten bij de bedrijfscultuur, waardoor ik niet als passende match werd beschouwd voor de organisatie of functie.

Ranking maken tussen verschillende positieve kwaliteiten (bijvoorbeeld: teamwork, analyses, leiderschap, etc). Echter zijn zij specifiek op zoek naar bepaalde kwaliteiten, dus je wordt erop afgerekend als je de ranking niet naar wens invult.

Interview
Different interviews with HR and Managers over a span of 4 months, including a math and logic test. Also had to do a pschicological test which gave me a report to work on. This report has been used during interview process.
