DO NOT INTERVIEW. WASTE OF TIME. Standard 30-minute call with a recruiter and then a take-home, where you had to create and record a 30-minute [unpaid] presentation on a new feature an existing company should create. Hopped on a interview call with a director or VP of product after passing the presentation, and it was a standard behavioral interview. For a non-competitive salary, they sure demanded a lot in the interview process and a background that is a perfect fit (I have 2-4 years of experience in startups). I got rejected from a 2-3 sentence, genereic ChatGPT email. Had to look up the sender's name on LinkedIn to figure out which company it was, as there was no company email signature. Disrespectful. No feedback either.

My interview with recruiter was scheduled. The recruiter did not call at the time of our interview and after I reached out, told me that they were pivoting the role away from being remote.
