3 stage interview Online (since it was covid,my first round was on telephone followed by a small workshop conducted by me for the students- they wanted to see if I could teach online effectively or not) One on one And practical (you teach a class and students review is taken in account)

One on One interview with the President of the Company. It was not a tough interview and took 15 minutes for the management to make a decision. I was hired immediately.
