Interview
The interview process went smoothly. Initially, the recruiter informed me that it had been canceled because the hiring manager called in sick (coincidentally, I was sick too). However, I requested to reschedule for a different time on the same day, and the interview took place in the afternoon. You can expect a coding challenge, theoretical questions related to the .NET world, and a technical discussion afterward.
The interviewers were friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. I'm eager to reapply if I don't get an offer this time round. 😄

Interview
I interviewed at Inscale in July 2025. The process took about 4 weeks. First round was HR round to know the behavior and there were few technical questions also. The next day HR gave 2 tests for cognitive ability tests. Each tests had 20 questions to be completed in 10 minutes. The next round was face to face technical interview, and it took a while to get it scheduled. For the technical interview, there was an onsite coding test (open book) and questions around API programming, database knowledge and general C# concepts. Followed by technical interview, there was a manager interview round, where 2 managers conducted the interview, asking questions around my project handling. Overall vibe was good!

Several interviews with HR and tech people. Be prepared to have a personality test and multiple choice questions to test your code skills. You will be interviewed by both people from the company and also from people from the customer.
