Interview
Great process. Consisted of a phone interview with HR, followed by a personal interview with HR that included a typing test. Once completed, there was a personal interview with the department manager, followed by an official offer phone call/email from HR.

Question 1
There wasn't a real formal questioning process -- mostly an open dialogue between myself and the HR manager. They did ask about my past experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at INSP (Indian Land, SC) in June 2014
Interview
It was very detailed. I had to complete an exam to test my clerical skills. They checked deeply into my background for security purposes. I had a different job offer from a different company, and they matched that salary to acquire me. They were extremely friendly during the process and HR was available to answer all of my questions.
