It was a general interview with basic information about my profession and my interest in the job. My work enthusiasm and my desire to learn for the field. The questions included what I also need to work on in the future and whether I am capable of handling a working schedule, which was pretty good, I could say.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at INTACH (New Delhi)
Interview
The entire interview process was very straightforward. They looked at my previous work in college and also whether I had the skills that would be needed on the job. There were a few open ended questions to describe what I had done and also what I wanted to do. Some employees also asked a few questions. The interview took place in the open but it was a very congenial atmosphere. I thought this was a good thing as I would be working with the same people.
