I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at INTELITY (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
Very confusing with several key people arriving late for zoom calls repeatedly. Not sure if this is how they test people, but a few minutes fine over 10? Questionable. Calendar invites would not get sent out until an hour before a meeting.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at INTELITY in Apr 2022
Interview
I started interviewing in April of 2022 and had my last in May 2022. I went through four rounds of interviews, meeting assorted members of the marketing team and learning more about what my potential role would be. I was met with positive replies and encouraging words.
However, after I sent them a thank you email for the fourth interview, I was completely ghosted. I followed up with different parties I'd spoken with to ask if there was any other questions they had for me.
Look, I can understand if you went with a different candidate, but after four interviews and two personal follow up emails on my part, a one sentence 'Unfortunately we will not be proceeding with your application,' reply would constitute the bare minimum.
A shame, as I was excited about this position, and would have appreciated any feedback that could have aided in my job search going forward.

Question 1
I don't quite remember the interview questions as this was so long ago, however I can confirm they were the basic "what is your experience with SEO" and "can you manage content across all channels" content position question.

Interview
Very thorough. 2 phone interviews with HR followed by 1 phone interview with a senior executive team member and 1 interview with a different senior executive member. Everyone was very easy to talk to but lead a thorough interview with targeted personality and skill questions
