Interview
Initial screening by HR on the phone. 2 weeks later second round with regional manager face to face and client services manager via video conferencing. This round required series of lengthy written exams in programming, SQL, and IQ test. Another 2 weeks later third round with department head via phone call. HR followed up with a preliminary confirmation.

Question 1
Extensive series of questions on SQL and programming. The level of questions are complex and specific that there is no margin for faking your answer. You either answer it or else.
The interview was a good experience. It started off with self introduction, and asking questions about my hobbies and my passions. After that they went on to my resume and asked questions regarding how i felt i fit into the role and would contribute in that role. After that they asked basic questions on core subjects like OS and Computer Networks and some puzzles. I then asked some questions and the interview concluded.
The process had in all 6 round round with the first bieng Aptitude and Computer Question round Virtual interview + case study ION day (with 4 rounds) every round is an elimination round

Coding round followed by a technical interview, followed by a stakeholder round and a GD. Then finally an HR interview. The level of difficulty of questions were moderate to difficult.
