This is the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been a part of and I would highly recommend you do your homework before committing yourself to this process.
They presented verbal offers to candidates and then never followed through with actual offer letters. As of writing this it has been 3 MONTHS to the day since I initially was given my "Verbal offer". Once every 2-3 weeks their HR team would email saying the offer is still pending leadership approval. This experience seems to be a popular sentiment/story echoed on this site which is extremely unprofessional and disheartening to read.
Initial Behavioral interview followed by super day which included 3 behavioral interviews and a case presentation.
I would rate the super day as a solid C- letter grade. One interview was with a completely different employee than initially communicated to me. Third interviewer/employee was 15 minutes late and extremely rude. This ate into the case preparation time which was supposed to be an hour. I was not given additional time to complete the case after notifying the team of this issue.
Case was relatively easy, getting around an hour to prepare for a presentation of a product and your logic. The presentation followed a scenario where you would pitch an ION product to a perspective client.

Question 1
Honestly cannot even remember many interview questions which is a direct outcome of the problem I listed above.
I applied online. I interviewed at ION Group (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
My interview process with ION Group consisted of several stages and was both rigorous and engaging. It included three interview rounds, where I met different members of the team and discussed my background, motivation, problem-solving approach, and fit for the Leadership Development Program.
In addition, there was a case study, designed to assess how I analyse business situations, structure my thinking, and communicate recommendations clearly under time pressure.
The process also included a group exercise, where candidates worked together on a task. This stage focused on collaboration, communication, leadership potential, and the ability to contribute effectively in a team setting.
Overall, the process was designed to evaluate both technical and interpersonal skills, reflecting the rotational and high-impact nature of the programme.
1st round chat with the team member to understand more about your background and more behavioral questions. Nothing technical. Just a 30 minute chat. Virtually conducted and a pretty normal back and forth conversation
The first stage is an OA consisting of 20 multiple choice on random stuff - math, big O, dfs, reading comprehension, and even sql then there are 2 coding questions - The first is an easy medium that can be solved using a greedy technique and the second is one to count the number of subsequences that contain another - can be solved using DP
The second round interview starts with a puzzle. All these puzzles are on GFG, the one I got was asking an hourglass puzzle that involved using a 7-minute and an 11-minute hourglass to measure 15 minutes. Then, I was given an OOD interview where I was asked how I would implement a library system where users can borrow books
