Received a call from a recruiter who had no idea of the meaning of the keywords they were looking for in my resume. Although I mentioned that those keywords were explicitely mentioned and explaine on the CV, they replied that they had only 8 seconds to read such document and they didn't have time to check past the first paragraph.
