Had 2 phone screens and then onsite. Throughout the process, I felt there was a disconnect between what I was looking for and what they were offering, tried questioning about the role and level with recruiter and interviewers but I wasn't able to get a suitable answer. Their feedback process is kinda rude and very unprofessional. The recruiter never got back to me with proper feedback. There was also a junior person on the panel who didn't know anything how their systems worked. I am also at a pretty senior level at my work but there were no design related questions.
