Interview
I applied in May when the job was first posted. I was told that this position has been put on hold. The position reopened in June and I decided to apply once again.
I was able to get a phone screen interview and following the interview they sent me an Office Manager exercise.
A day later after submitting my exercise, they reached out to me and told me that they were not going to pursue me. Which I was pretty bummed about it because I thought I did great overall. I wish i knew exactly where it went wrong.

Exercice:
Create an excel sheet with tag references for office furniture equipment
Create a Travel & Expense Policy

Interview
I was contacted by an ipsy recruiter to set up a phone interview. After a successful phone interview, i was invited to meet 4 Managers from the NYC office. After that interview I had an additional two Skype interviews with two employees from the San Mateo Office. I am still undergoing the interview process.
