From a few yeas ago First interview with hiring manager and and another person and also required to construct P&L and balance sheet from trial balance. Second interview if successful then job offer

You will be given a short test - a trial balance with a few additional notes and will be required to draw up the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.You will have to score above 40% to pass if I remember correctly. On completion, you will then be asked a few general questions like why do you want to work here and where do you see yourself in a few years time. You may be asked about fund accounting and Fair Value.
