Interviewed with 2 Senior Associates. Relatively easy process. Was asked about previous experience and why I wanted to switch firms. Allowed space for me to ask questions too about the team and the firm.

Interview
Went through 2 rounds of interviews, one with the operations manager and one with the partner. There seemed to have been a mismatch in expectations with respect to billing targets as conveyed to me at each interview.
