I was interviewed a number of times ending in a final session with an executive team member. There was also an online aptitude test as well. The interviews were drawn out over a very long period, beyond what i would expect to be caused by the normal challenges around arranging diairies. This was inevitably ringing alarm bells in me. I was only ever given positive feedback after each interview, and after the positive feedback from the last interview I was ghosted. This is by far the worst interview experience I've ever had.

The process consisted of a screening call and 2 interviews. Overall it was a positive experience and I had been kept informed with feedback and status updates throughout the process. The interviews themselves were great with clear structure and a few challenging questions as you’d expect which were all relevant to the role I applied for.
