Management was extremely supportive and encouraging throughout my interview as this was my first ever in person corporate job interview. The culture and character of the company was very evident. The interview felt very personal and understanding and I appreciated that a lot!

A bit different from other interviews in that it was a group activity with about 10 candidates total and half a dozen managers. Took about 3-4 hours but went by quickly and honestly was pretty fun for the most part. Some intro stuff, group activities, lunch and then a final solo interview.

I really enjoyed it, it was a very different experience compared to how interviews are normally conducted in any other company. Upon arrival, there were about 10 other candidates and we began with a presentation on the company, followed by an ice breaker and a team-based activity. There were many opportunities to connect and build a relationship with the other candidates as well as the people who we would potentially be working with, and this helped us relieve our nerves before the actual "interview" part which only lasted about 30 minutes per candidate. The whole process took a little over 4 hours and they provided us with lunch as well!
