very good when had an interview with amazing ppl it was good experience .........so it was done nicely and I would do it again if there is any in the future
Very relaxed and casual. Multi-person panel for interview and everyone was extremely nice. Had an initial call and then a conference remotely. Received an offer shortly after. Good experience overall and no complaints.

How did you foster DEI in your previous work experience?
On Campus Interview, followed up by an interview with the AAC (few years ago). OCI interview was two people from the local office interviewing me. The local AAC then had me to a callback. OCI was about 15 minutes, callback was approximately 30 minutes.
