ISA (Innovative Signal Analysis) interview questions

The interviewers read through my resume and asked me specific questions about my accomplishments. They then asked some behavioral questions before presenting what the engineer would be required to do if hired and what kind of projects ISA is working on.

Had a phone call early on along me about what I had worked in before. Typical technical interview questions wherein the interviewers are testing your thought process and problem solving. Technical questions mostly related to signal analysis (FFT, DSP, etc). There was a little bit of a personality fit they were checking for, but I didn't know this until after I had worked there for a year and had performed some of the interviews.
