Interview
The process was fairly straightforward. No real curve balls but they do two onlines tests, one personality and one that is like an IQ test. The hiring manager was very communicative.

Interview
You apply on Craig's list by emailing your resume, they will call you for a brief interview in which as long as your attendance is good you're hired. Then they send you to a staffing agency where you get hired for $10 and they keep you as a temp for 6months to a year.
