Initial phone call conversation with Alan Furley, followed by an interview with Alan a couple of days later. Second interview with Henry Keeys the following week. I was offered the position the following day! On accepting the offer, I had a third meeting with both Alan and Henry to talk through the offer and contract, and ask any questions.
