The interview process was very well executed, and stayed on time with a very detailed, yet full script. The speed dating-type interviews were a great way to gain different perspectives on not only the candidates, but the ISN employees as well. The presentations were ran smoothly, and the ISN employees were very helpful throughout the day, providing us with guidance, as well as advice on how to exceed expectations.

It was good, but the interview lasted 15 mins instead of 30. But the interviewers were very nice. They let me schedule a date based on my availability beforehand. Interview questions were mainly behavioural.

Interview
Overall, I was not overwhelmed by the 2-day interview process. It was systematic with a good pace between rotations of groups. The first day was set up smoothly since it was about getting to know more information about the company and ended with a networking reception. The second day was the real deal, where everyone is grouped into rotations where there is a presentation, speed interviews, team overview, and Peer Q & A.
